Should alien beings/races from the future show up in Enterprise?
Yes, it'd be interesting and would help draw fans of TOS, TNG, DSN and VOY

Okay, I understand The Borg are in an Enterprise episode (which I haven't watched yet).

How would you feel about beings/races from future Trek incarnations showing up? Would you consider it a cheap and desperate tactic by the writers or something that could be done in an interesting and entertaining way?

Q could appear. Only in the one episode but it'd be nice to see him (although John de Lancie would look older than he did on TNG, DSN and Voyager and how would they explain that an omnipotent being has aged?).

What are your thoughts anyway?

Stephen

I'd like to see the Cardassians once or twice. That would really stretch the continuity line, but they are an interesting race to be sure, and from what we know from DS9, their civilzation was more stable and peacful during the ENT time period, pre Bajoran occupation.

I'd LOVE to see Q on Enterprise. It'd rawk. They could have a brief encounter with him, so brief that they wouldn't know what he was called, and therefore would not show up in the record on the enterprise-D. So the show would still be consistant.

PS: Q can appear however he wants, so perhaps he chose to appear older at first then didn't like it so chose to be younger later on

Your idea has my full endorsement.

As for the last sentence, it makes perfect sense.

they can't really. I think putting the borg there was already dangerous. You can't rewrite history. In Star Trek TOS the borg aren't mentioned at all, they don't know them. So Archer and the first enterpise shouldn't eighter. Same for cardassians, ferengi and other creatures.

They should put Species 8472 in more episodes or movies!,
But that would be dangerous!

Actually, the Borg were shown on Enterprise, in the episode "Regeneration."

I think they should add some aliens from the future like Q and those aliens from distant origin (VOY) so we could see them setting off to the delta quadrent.

Actually, Enterprise-E was the first to encounter the Borg, in 2063, when they travel back in time along with a Borg vessel. In fact, the borg drones in "Regeneration", are the survivors from the Borg vessel that Enterprise E destroyed. It does make scence.

Pfft, but the Enterprise-E crew had already encountered them, so it's not as if that can really count,

No i don't think there should be anymore bog episodes on enterprise, it's just contaminating the star trek timeline. It would good to see fedration ships in it that we have actually seen before

Enterprise-D? Who was the captain?

Too my knowledge the Captain Jean-Luc Picard and his crew where introduced too the borg by Q, resulting the massacre at Wolf 39. Then a couple of years later the borg attacked the fedration again, in vain assimilating Picard. Then the 3rd time Picard found a way too destroy the cube before permanent damage was done, resulting the sphere going back in time.
