First error was on an episode with beverly asking this medical officer for some medicine... Beverly had the seriously look in her face and the medical officer gives her the medicine but has a "im going to burst out laughing face"
Deanna Troi on 1 episode smiles while picard is serious about a mission when they were talking and deanna troi looks away from the camera to hide "cause she was about to laugh" then she looks back at the camera and stops smiling.
A couple of stuff the director forgot to re shoot....

I didn't notice those errors. But maybe that's 'cause I haven't watched every single episode of TNG yet.

I noticed alot of little errors like that since I've been watching the episodes on DVD.
TV episodes are made on a very tight schedule, so they don't have time to reshoot scenes over and over like they do for the movies.
