I personally love to skateboard so I hope the results of this Poll aren't too harsh.

We've had several new skate parks built in the area, and they're always full, so I think skateboarding is alive and well.
BTW, the only tricks I can do are on Tony Hawks,

i agree with you entirely, skateboarding was treated as a fashion or something to that affect. What i'm saying is, people started skating when ever it got popular among the masses. even people who weren't really that good would just slap on some skate clothes and say they were a skater. the same thing happened when people start to quit skateboarding. say if a guy was really into skating, and his friends quit, he would quit [alot of that happened at my old high school, middle school also.]

It's not supposed to be considered 'cool,' like its some sort of fad or something! It's just a sport like any other, .

I used to skate when I was younger. I liked it a lot. I had a friend who skated along with me and we'd try new tricks and all.
Now, I don't even have a skateboard anymore... Guess I'll never buy another one...

Avril Lavange seems to think that it's really cool. Why else would she like her new boyfriend than he knows how to fix a skateboard deck!

^Well, I made this topic when I first joined and then let it die forgetting all about it, plus the fact that I was banned for about 3 months. I just so happened to be scrolling through my old posts and saw what you said and got a little upset, .
