I saw a picture of him on the front of a book with hair. It was a star trek book from picard's first command... stargazer or sumthin? I was like "who's tha- PICARD! Oh my gosh... he has HAIR!"

Well, since I'm male I shouldn't really be commenting on this, but I think Picard does look like a handsome young man with hair (it's light brown, BTW).

More technically the fifth ammendmant means one cannot be forced to incriminate themselves. Like if you're being charged with a crime and you're being questioned on the witness stand in court and someone asks you "Did you *do whatever crime*?" or if they ask you if you were at wherever the crime happened at whatever time, you can refuse to answer if the answer would incriminate you. Although pleading the fifth is pretty much an admission of guilt in and of itself
