Probably not. Totally unrealistic.

If Maul had survived into Vader's time, he would be an old man.

darth vader becasue he was able to kill obi wan and mual was not. also vader has had a longer life and more time to study on becoming a jedi knight, unlike mual

Well, whatever your thoughts, this battle will happen one day. Trust me. That's what alternate universes and novels are for-to show us things they just can't show in the movies.

I look forward to seeing Vader destroy Maul within seconds.

Obi-Wan killed Darth Maul and Darth Vader killed Obi-Wan, which means Darth Vader is better

I personally think that if Vader travelled back to Maul's time or Maul travelled forward to Vader's time, then Vader would find Maul's very existence insulting.

Vader would wipe the floor with Maul and I'd bet �5000 on it.

Plus I liked the anaolgy that Vader beat Obi-Wan who beat Maul, thus Vader would beat Maul.

So even though I think Maul's fighting style is much cooler (I like the acrobatics he uses) I'd have to say that Vader would pwn him.

Maul was much quicker and wasn't hampered by a life support suit. Maul would take out Vader inside of 5 minutes.

Vader, of course. I don't really like Maul... he killed Qui-Gon, my favourite Jedi, after all.

But apart from that, I still think Vader'll win. Vader could still Force Choke him... I don't think Maul could to that... and Vader's much more experienced. Also, his life support suit matters not.

He'll still win. And he doesn't even need to do fancy acrobatics to kill someone.
