				| No. It's gone stale.
Luckily I watched "The Fifth Race" episode yesterday, and it felt good. Back then the ideas were so brilliant and compelling.

 Ah yes, season 7.

The first half of season 7 was indeed fairly stale. With any luck, the second half will return to the high standards of seasons 5+6.

				| To be honest with you Lindley, I haven't watched much of 5, 6 or 7. I was put off so much by the few bad episodes I did manage to sit through that I didn't bother tuning in again.

				| Really? I thought season 5 was the show's best year so far.
Great eps like "Enemies", "Threshold", "Rite of Passage", "The Tomb", "Between Two Fires" (
), "Desperate Measures", "Wormhole X-Treme!" ( ), "Proving Ground", "Summit", "Last Stand", "Failsafe", "Meridian", and "Revelations" are some of the best SG1 has to offer.
Season 6 slowed down a bit, but still had great eps----and Jonas Quinn. I wasn't sure about him at first, but now I really like him.

				| Hell yes.Its a fantastic show nd the sci-fi chnnels most succesful show.I think each season it offers something new and differant and some people like the new but others prefer the old.My fave charcter is carter and i wreckon her character has developed alot since the beginning and Amanda Tapping proves she is a brilliant actress with her outstanding performance.

				| Both shows are good. Stargate is different though in how they do things. They don't always follow the rules. That in my opinion ,makes it a dang good show.

A tip: See it in order. It helps to understand everything that's going on.
