I recently finished reading the first book in the new Klingon series, and I thought it was pretty good. It was interesting to read about life aboard a Klingon vessel...anyone else read it?

The concept didn't really appeal to me; what's the first one about?

It's about the crew of the Gorkon being sent to explore and conquer an uncharted region of space. They encounter a warrior race on a profitable planet and decide to concede to a set of challenges posting the Gorkon crew against the new found race. It sounds a bit dull, but the sub-plots and characters are quite amusing.

I need to pick that up. The previous Gorkon stories were quite good. (They include TNG: Diplomatic Implausibility and half of The Brave and the Bold: Book 2.)
