Okay, here is how I want it to play out:
Tripp goes with T'Pol
Either Mayweather or Archer goes with Sato
But Reed has got to remain single. (that leaves him for me  )

If there is going to be an on-ship romance I think it should deffinettly either be between trip and t'pol or archer and t'pol... the way things r goin, it's probably gunna be trip 
I find it odd that the only one to admit having a "thing" for her was reed, and he's not even in the race... lol

Trip and T'Pol hmm stranger things have happened so why not
but i think archer and T'Pol make a better couple.

wel id say sato and reed make for a good couple, and archer and T'Pol too
but i dont think thats going to happen with the captain- subordinate relation and doesn't Trip has that princes he met back in season 1?

If there should be any romantic relationships on Enterprise, NON of them should involve Archer. I don't get how you can even imagine Archer/Hoshi. I mean, Hoshi is like 20 and Archer seams to be more like 50. I have great troubles with age differences in relationships. Reed/T'Pol wouldn't be bad either but Trip has come closer to T'Pol than anyone else on Enterprise. I guess that the first Vulcan/Human relationship should be coming soon according to the timeline.
