last night at about midnight (AST) a hurrican umm i forget the name hit NS and did heavy damgae to the 2 bridges in halifax and closed school in most places in atlantic canada.......

It was Hurricane Jaun......It wasnt really a big hurricane only a Cat.1 or 2 It did do damage and killed 2 ppl.But other then that it wasnt so bad.

I was in a hurricane when I was a baby... it's famous as the one that made Michael Fish (weather reporter) look very foolish. Britain doesn't normally get hurricanes, so he said several times there wasn't going to be one. Needless to say, there was
Apparently I was in my buggy and the winds were so strong I was being blown into the air!

I though britain hasn't had one. There was the huge storm that was the eqivalent, but wasn't fully developed. Still, I'm sure that was fun, and saved your mum of the job .
