Other than "Caretaker" where Voyager is docked at DS9, ready for its launch I don't think so. In the "Badlands" books, Voyager and Deep Space Nine feature in the same book but I don't think the plots run alongisde each other. I think its more like Defiant goes into Badlands and then a few years later, Voyager does. The themes are the same but there is no interaction between the crews.

Voyager and DS9/Defiant both have cameo roles in the TNG duology "Maximum Warp" but only about a chapter each per book...

There are a couple of books which take place shortly before "Caretaker". What crossover there is, occurs there.

One of the Double Helix books features Tom Riker and Chakotay, I remember that.

Oh, and Star Trek: Spectre (on of the William Shatner books) features some Voyager characters, on DS9 and elsewhere, except it turns out to be their Mirror-universe doubles.
