"I wonder if this blasted old constition class vessel will ever actually run again"captain dana said to the admiral's assistan.
"well... it is over a century old, however it has many new up-grades, but how did you manage to get starfleet command to commision the old bucket of bolts?"he responded.
"it took quite a while, and alot of special diplomatic un-screw-up missions to fleet admiral nogura."dana explained.
"That's it?"
"well..."
"never mind, I get the picture."
admiral dianna james mccoy walks in.
"had enough gossip yet, jacob?"mccoy said to her assistant.
"yes sir."came the VERY quick response.
"well, captain, come on in, we have to wait for the chief engineer, and you're new first officer, however there are no medical crew available for you're vessel."
"but sir..."
the admiral cut her off.
"I did not give you permission to speak freely, however I will allow it."
"thank you sir. how can the ship fly with no medical staff?"
"I didn't say you won't get any, I said none are available, so I will be you're chief doctor, and you will get an emh system."
"oh great..."
"yes, I know what you mean, but the emh will be programmed as doctor wesley crusher, so don't feel bad."
"personal preference?"
"nope, just a friend among the admirals."
"oh."
"anyhow, you're ship is ready to go, and you're staff are already there."
"my chief engineer and first officer aren't coming, are they?"
"nope, just making sure you don't feel alone."
"admiral, you are going to be a fine companion."
"glad someone thinks so."
admiral mccoy and captain dana leave to docking bay 1.

"uss gallinger to space dock, we are requesting permission to go on our first flight".the ops officer said to the controls.
"gallinger is cleared for departure, have a nice trip."came the reply.
the incredibly huge space doors opened, and the gallinger took off out of spacedock at a speed considered "unsafe"...
...warp three.

I am honoured really, but I suck at writting.
I would have to take along time to reply cause I am currently wrtting three stories.
I would love too see you come up with more. Cause its really good and I dont want to bring it down.

if you re-move the shift key they come as 1 and 2, but it's writters license, so don't mess with it.

lol, I gave up on dana writing her parts of the story.
PART #:THE ROMULAN WARS
(chapter !)
when captain dana reached the bridge, the ops officer pointed to something on the viewscreen.
THREE romulan diedrex class vessels sat there.
"what the (censored by narrator) are they doing in federation space?"captain dana asked.
the viewscreen swithched to a conversation between the first officer in the ready room and the fleet commander.
the first officer stopped speaking, and then the romulan changed his view to that of the bridge.
"we do not approve of starfleets newest defiant class ship, monitor.
It illegaly is in possesion of a romulan cloaking device and a transwarp system.
you have two choices. surrender that transwarp core and cloaking device to us, or start the next war the federation will not be able to handle."he said.
"FIRST OFF THAT TRANSWARP CORE IS NOT GOING ANYWHERE! SECONDLY, NIETHER ARE YOU."captain dana yelled at that the viewscreen.
"turn that damned thing off"captain dana said, while pointing to the viewscreen.
"yes sir."
the screen went back to showing the three warships.
"BLOW THEM OUT OF THE SKY!"she told the ops officer.
"YES SIR!"
the fourty year old constitution class vessel then unleashed a barrage of powerful phaser blasts and photon torpedoes.
two out of three cruisers couldn't take it.
the fleet commander was expecting it, and so his ship cloaked, and left VERY quickly.
"how many did you get?"the captain asked.
"two, I think, but the last one was gone before I could warm up the phaser banks."the ops officer said.
"damage report?"
"no damage" came the reply from the chief of engineering.
"the emh program is finally up and running!"Admiral Dianne said.
"screw the emh, how on earth did this ancient ship blow up TWO romulan heavy cruisers?"captain dana asked the admiral.
"check you're scanners for neutrino emmsions."the admiral replied.
"what...?"captain asked, only to be cut off by the admiral.
"admiral mccoy to the moniterplease make yourselves noticable."she said.
on the veiwscreen, barely noticeable was the moniter and it was painted in non0reflective paint.
"we had help?"the captain asked.
"why do you think they asked you to surrender those items?"the admiral asked.
"you and me, and the captain of that ship are going to meet me in my ready room, I want a briefing." captain dana said.
