that is bogus even if i am 17 and never kissed anyone arent we all ppl and shouldnt we be free to do as we wish but then again if we choose to do something and then get a sexually transmitted diease than u should also beable to accept that its ur own fault and no one elses cuz u made the decision unless of course ur raped or sumthing but kiss what the hell can that do??

What a stupid law! Also I think I heard somewhere they might change the age of consent to 13. Thats worse than kissing in public. Some laws are sooo stupid

They're not likely to change the age of consent to 13... I think that's far too young. They're already very lenient if you're 14 or 15...
