Part VIII - Staff Meeting

Lt. T�Jar had found the entire senior staff and told them about �the meeting�. It always seemed as if John was for nothing but the duty. He never stayed at parties for a long time ever. The party lasted another few mins and then it was over. The Great Admiral Picard was about to leave dock and no one on this crew may ever see him again. Picard was walking to the air dock being followed by Mr. Livingston and Sharma Ronevick.
�Well nice to see you Sir!�
�That�s enough Ensign! You have been almost in love with me for the entire time I have been here. So stop it! Its just freaking my out.� Picard looked at him and saw that he had hurt his feelings
�I didn�t mean to make you mad sir.�
�Aww forget it son. At lest I have made some civilized friends on this ship� Jean Luc stepped out on to the shuttle where the other Crewman was getting ready for take off.
�Ensign, good luck in your career.�
�Thank you sir, that means a lot�

About this time the entire Staff was in the briefing room sitting waiting for the captain to come.
�You have all been told of the mission we are taking in the morning. What some of you may no know is that Commander Bashir is our new first officer until Miles O�Brien gets his memory back. So I want you all to treat him as if he was any other member of the crew. We are due to rendezvous with the Valdore at Deep Space Nine.
�Captain, does this have to do with the Jem�Hadar Attack that took place a few days ago when Picard Came on Board?� Asked Sharma
�How did you find out about that? That was classified information.�
�O. Yeah I forgot. Well I found out because I over heard you and Admiral Picard.�
�Where did you here us.� What Sharma didn�t know was that he only talked about it in the captain�s ready room.
�IN the Hallway sir.�

�Every one Leave now! Bashir stay�
The entire senior staff was struck by this order. What Jem�Hadar Attack? They all walk to the bridge to take their position. They were thinking that Sharma was, well a Jem�Hadar collaborator?
�What the Hell are you! I only talked about this to Commander Bashir And admiral Picard in my Ready Room!�
Sharma looked at the two men. Then she bent down and picked up a commutater.
�What is that? Tell me now Lieutenant!�
�Sharma to Ship Emergency beam out now!�
A Romulus Transport beam her right off the ship.
�Damn it. Where did she go?�
�Im not sir Captain!� Bashir left at once and went to the bridge! Ensign Livingston Red alert! Scan for any Romulan Vessels anywhere around the ship!

Part IX

Ensign Livingston was sitting at Ops position doing massive scans for any ships.
�Commander, I have originated a Romulan Warbird! Wait. Another! And another! There is a entire Romulan Fleet that is riding our Tail!�
�Helmsman, Re route Course to 3524 mark 3 Warp 9!�
Captain Lars ran to the Bridge,
�Star Fleet Command has sent the USS Valdore here and the USS Nemesis here! Evasive Patter Beta 8! Full Power to the Shields head for Deep Space Nine!�
�Captain, What about Admiral Picard�s Shuttle?�
Scan for it, if it�s near us in any way slow to impulse and beam Picard and the Crewman on, then back to warp 9. It will leave us helpless for a min. that�s when they will attack! Ensign Rally, Get a Lock on every Vessel and fir at will!�

�Captain, I have Found Admiral Picard�s shuttle, he is at a velocity at warp 2�
�Set in a course and send him a message to drop his shields�
Steven works his magic at the controls and manages to drop out of warp the same time as Picard and transport the admiral on board.
�Sir we have the admiral on the ship.�
Mike Rally broke into the talk;
�Sir the Romulan Warbirds have re cloaked and now are locking on to us!�
�Evasive maneuvers! Try to out wit each of them. Go to high war then drop back to impulse let them pass us then fire all weapons on all Warbirds!�
�Aye sir!�
Ensign Rally was getting ready to lock on while Lt. T�Jar dropped out of warp. The plan that Captain Lars laid out seemed to be well worth the try. After all we were out numbered and out gunned. Admiral Picard walked on to the bridge.
�Status captain!�
�We are trying to destroy a few of the Warbirds now admiral!�
T�Jar dropped out of warp and all the Warbirds flew past him then, just as Captain said to do, Ensign Rally fired.
�Direct hit sir! 3 of the ships have taken damage sir! They are retreating!�
�Way to go!�

�Captain Lars to all Hands, Way to go to everyone we have taken out the Romulan Fleet as of now. Senior Staff report to the Briefing room.�
All of the senior Staff reported to the ready room, including Admiral Picard.
�I�ve called you all here for a reason. It seems that our former Chief engineer Sharma Ronevick was a Romulan Spy! Now were on course for deep space nine where The Valdore and The Nemesis, which I was just in contact with, will meet us there. I�ve taken to you all to talk about an acting Chief Engineer.�
�Captain, I know someone that might be good� Mike Rally spoke up. � Lt. Dana Scully has been a very good Junior Officer. This could be a Turning point into her Career.�
�Very well Ensign, please inform her of her new duties.�
�Aye Sir.�
�Now the rest of you remain at your post at all time, stay at Tactical Alert.�

Part X

Commander O�Brien had no change in his condition at all. Captain Lars was planning to leave him at Deep Space Nine so that he may be safer than on the nightingale. It was 0900 hours and the ship was on course for ds9 max warp. The Valdore sent a trans-space message to us saying that they and the nemesis made it there. Star fleet seemed to think that we needed more help than just the Valdore so they order the nemesis a way back to come also.

The Ship was due to arrive soon. So the crew was getting ready for their mission. Mike Rally was in the Holodeck running simulations on current battle plans. T�Jar was there with him at his helm while a junior Officer was at helm of the real ship.
�Mike, lets do that one again. Im getting a little rusty on the turns in warp 9�
�Why T�Jar? You�re the best Helmsman there ever was! Not even the regular helmsman can do a turn that good!�
�I guess your right!�

The rest of the senior staff was just sitting around cooling time. That was all but Miles O�Brien. He was regaining some of his memory thanks to Doctor Tyson. But he was still order to stay back at ds9. Captain Lars didn�t want to risk any chance of him getting hurt. John started to head back to sick bay to check on him.
�The Chemistry of this doesn�t match anything that has ever happen to any human before, his memory loss is so deep that its scary/ its worse than amnesia �
�Due your best doctor� said the captain as he headed back to the bridge.

John was very upset that there have not been any Major changes in his friend. He was built up with so much intoxicated with Anger that it had to be miles. If it had been Mike Rally or T�Jar he would feel the same but he had a deeper relationship with Miles than anyone.
John talked to himself
�When I get my hands on Sharma ronevick Im going to cut her up! Romulans and the Dominion will pay! They must have some sort of treaty or settlement with each other.�
John walked up to his ready room and sent out a sub space transmission to Star Fleet command. He had received new orders to drop off Admiral Picard and Miles O�Brien at ds9, like he was planning on doing.

A few Hours later T�Jar was at the helm.
�Captain, we have arrived at Deep Space Nine��

Part XI

�Send a message to Captain Sisko and patch it through to my ready room.� Captain John Lars walked off the bridge to the left. He was unsure as to what he was going to say. There was so much and then there was so little.
�The Captain is Ready sir.�
T�Jar said over the intercom.
� Computer, On screen�
�Captain Lars, Nice to see you again. I have 2 Vessels here on the East side waiting for one. The Valdore and The Nemesis. They have informed me to help you in any way. But I do wish to ask you.�
�Anything Captain�
Sisko steered a little in his chair. He was about to ask a big question that has been on his mind for a while.

Commander Bashir made sure that Miles O�Brien and Jean Luc Picard made it over the deep space nine safely. They Didn�t make it to far till an old friend came running over to them.
�Well I be damned if it isn�t Miles O�Brien and Julian Bashir!� Said Quark
�Well nice to see you to Quark.�
�Thanks, it has not been the same after that EMH Named Joe took over your old Job.�
�Well, Doctor Joe is one of the best out there. Even if he is just a computer Program.�
�Yes true. Well anyways, you have to stop by my bar and try some of the Blood Pie. I just got a shipment today.�
�Another Time Quark, another time.�

�John, Why have you and 2 other of Star Fleets Top Shifts about to enter the Warm hole?�
John looks at her for a minute.
�There has been some kind of attacks on Star Fleet for a few weeks now.�
�What Kind of Attacks?�
�The Cardassian, Jem�Hadar, and Romulan. We think that the dominium is coming back to try to re tack over the alpha quadrant. We have been order to check out any thing over there in the gamma quadrant. We are to report any ships there.�
�Wouldn�t our Scans Show any ships over there?
�They have somehow been able to patch over all of our sensors. We cannot see any ships that are father than 15 light-years. And that�s on our best long-range scans.
�Have you just tried to send in a probe? That way if there is any there u can know before you go in.�
�That would be pointless. The New Dominion knows just about everything that our ships can do.�
�How the Hell do they know that?�
�Because, there has been a Romulan spy on the Nightingale for over 6 months, Sharma Ronevick. �
�Holy *beep*! How the Hell did She get on board and us not knowing it!�
�Easy. She went through the star fleet training as any regular cadet would.�
�Well then John, we will just have to beef up star fleet Command.�

Part XII

In only a few mins the entire crew of the Nightingale and that of the Nemesis and Valdore were about to leave for perhaps their doom. Only Three ships coming into action. There duty is far from anyone else�s. If the dominion threat is true, they would be after the alpha quadrant once more. The Romulan, Jem�Hadar, Cardassian, Vorta.
�Captain Lars to Commander Bashir.�
John was about to make sure all of the superfluous crewmembers where off of the ship. That way if by some means The Nightingale were to be destroyed the death count would be dropped down from Thousands to only hundreds.
�Yes captain�
�Have all of the superfluous crewmembers been taken off to Deep Space Nine�
�Yes sir. We are ready and on our way. The Nemesis and Valdore have done the same. �
�Alright. All hands, Senior Staff Report to the Bridge! We are about to depart.� John looks over at the big chair. He had walked around the ship for about 2 hours before he came back here. A captain often has a last walk around a ship when there is Danger.

Ensign Steven Livingston walked up to the bridge as fast as he could. He knew it meant Business whenever Captain Lars summoned the entire Senior Staff to the bridge. Steven was a little unsure about some of the details in the mission. Steven walked over to one of the ships turobolifts and was about to say bridge. But he waited a minuet. He had always had a fear of the turobolifts for reason alone. It scared the hell out of him. That may seem like a vague reason but going real fast in a tube on a ship where u could run into another tube was fearful. John had many times told him that no other turobolifts would hit him. but that�s what he thinks. When Steven was a cadet in Star Fleet Academy he rode on of these and something hit it hard as stone. A short while later Steven proceeded in the turbolift.
�Deck one, Bridge�
The sound of the turobolift swooshed all around him. It sounds much like that of a small hum coming from a tool that you would use to build one of these. He had only a few more floors to go before he would reach the bridge to take command of the ops position.

John looked around. T�Jar was at the Helm. Steven Livingston was coming off of the turbolift. And the rest of the crew was stationed where they were going to be. Bashir was at his side waiting for the order to go into the wormhole. T�Jar had talked the ship and told the other 2 to make there way there.
�Well, there is no turning back now. T�Jar. Takes us in.�

Part XIII

T�Jar worked the Controls on the Helm Panel that was in front of them. He has unsure about this mission. He had been talking to Steven and Mike and they both think it seems a little to hard for a fleet of only 3 ships. But he would don�t get any of his personal feelings to get in the way of his duty. After all he has one of the senior staff and the person that discovered how to change Mercury into Pure Gold, to completely get rid of all monetary systems. Even with the Ferengi.
� Approaching the wormhole captain. Taking us in at warp 2�
The Ship started to shake like a mild storm. There was blue and while colors all over the place as you looked at the view screen on the bridge. There was massive beauty in it, according to some of the crew. The ship was going as fast as any ship has ever gone before. Other than that of the Star Ship Voyager, which traveled at transwarp. John Lars kept a straight face while this went on. He was ready at any moment to jump up and give the command to start to shoot on the vessels if there was any. Mike Rally knew this so he had his fingers on the controls already. There were only a few more moments in the short ride. Their outcome was about to be discovered.

Admiral Jean Luc Picard was at the Ops Station on Deep Space nine where Captain Sisko and his senior staff were. He looked around and saw some faces that were in the history books besides his own. Lt. Commander Nog, The Chief Engineer of the station was they�re watching the view screen also. They had taped into that of the Valdore�s to watch the ride. They could see The Nemesis and the Nightingale as well.
The tension of the crews and that of star fleet was at a stand. The facts were facts. If the Ships find any Jem�Hadar vessel there, Star Fleet would be in war again with the Dominion. Jean Luc was no longer worried about Miles. He had now put his entire find on to the events of the screen.

John Lars looked into his future in only mere seconds. They had emerged at the end of the worm hole. And then he looked up. And what he saw was something he wished not to see.

Part XIV

John Lars raised Quick as a fox. There was an Entire Fleet of Jem�Hadar Ships out there. Space stations, Romulan ships. Everywhere I looked there was one? This fleet outweighs that of Star Fleet by over 10,000 ships from the look.
�Bashir! How many ships are out there!�
�Captain, if my guess it right sir, and it is, you don�t want to know.�
�Tell me damn it!�
�There are about 50,000 ships out there. 12,567 Jem�Hadar, 8,906 Cardassian, and the rest are that of the Romulan Empire�
John Looked around shocked.
�Helm, Max warp back into the Worm hole! Shields up1 power to weapons! Tactical Alert!�
T�Jar worked the panels as fast as he could but it seemed to be nothing. The Dominion had seen them and half the fleet was coming this way. They started to shoot. And it looks like it was about to be the end. The Shipped started to rock back and forth and they were in tragic situation.
�Captain I have a plan sir!� yelled Mike Rally as he looked on to the other fleet
�Spill it!�
�It�s a plan that we suck up all there Fire Power into one huge bubble then fire it on to therm and then go to warp 9 into the worm hole.�
�How do you make the bubble?�
� With the Plasma they give off the Sub Space fracture that I can open sir!�
John Look at this kid. He was almost a pure genius in this case.
�Make it so!�

Mike went to work as fast as he can. The only real name for the move was a simple name that Sharma taught me. In English it would be translated into, �Space Fart�
A few mins or so later Mike had gotten all the plans ready to start working on it.
�Captain, Im ready when ever you are sir!�
John looked over at Mike. �Do it!�
Mike Press a few buttons and then all there was left was to watch. Captain Lars turned on the view screen. The other two vessels were our there doing what they did best. fighting there souls out. Every one was looking on to the view screen hoping that Mike�s Plan would work out good.

Part XV

Mike rally finished his calculations and sent the plasma bubble away. The entire bridge crew went quiet. If this plan worked and did destroy the entire 50,000-ship fleet they would get medals and Mike would be promoted for sure. The sub space fracture was already open. It looked huge like a black hole and seemed almost as if it were. Then a blue purple liquid gel appeared outside of the fracture. It was heading straight for the fleet and growing in size every second. Just to look at it was amazing.

Mike had no idea if this would work or not because he had never used this plan before. The size of it was huge, growing beyond the size of earth. There was almost like blood vessel in the outer shell of the plasma. It seemed almost to be alive. Could it be that Sharma had taught him how to summon a creature out of sub space? A creature so powerful to destroy an entire fleet? T�Jar looked down at his shaken console. He was changing his course over 10 times a min and trying his best to doge the plasma. It was getting so huge that it was almost imposable to doge him!
�Captain, request we go back throw the worm hole before it�s to late! I can�t keep this up any longer sir!� cried T�Jar.

John Lars stood there. He heard his helm officer�s suggestion but he was not going to move the ship out of the gamma quadrant until he was sure it was going to destroy them
�Negative! All stations start scans of the plasma! T�Jar do your best to keep the ship out of harms way! And that�s an order!� The crew waited for a moment when they heard the order of Captain Lars. It seemed like it was going to be a fruitless mission. Scanning an unknown plasma from sub-space while trying keep from destroying the ship.

�Captain, I don�t recommend staying here longer then necessary sir!� said commander Bashir. If the captain would be blind to keep the ship here any longer Bashir was going to take control of it he was the acting first officer and he was going to be damned before he was going to die over a captains curiosity.
�Bashir! Keep your opinions to your self. I have already order now obey and start scans!�
�Im afraid that I can not do that captain.� Bashir stood up and walk over to John. �Your putting this ship and its crew in danger! I suggest we leave now or I will be forced to take over the ship and take us out of here!
