Baby found dead in box

Here in Oklahoma there was a baby found dead in a box on the side of the highway. What do you think should happen to the person who left it.

My opinion is that the person who did it should be Killed, but that is only me.

I have to agree with Chakotay1 to an extent. If they had a record of being a good person they should just severly punish them, if they were insane they should be put in the looney bin, and if they were criminals then they should be killed as soon as possible.

The way that the justice system works is flawed, yes, but it cannot be held accountable, at least, not entirely. Its the parents' responsibility to do the right thing. I believe that abortion is wrong and that punishment should be harsher but you also have to realize, and I say this from experience, having a child born into this world is overwhelming. Too many people take it for granted that sex feels great and because of how our society is today, as far as being lax when doing something like abortions or other gray area misdemeanors, its ok not to take responsibility for your actions.

Kill it and move on right?

Here is a update on the baby.
The lady that found him was acctually his g-ma. Her daughter had the baby late one night and she did not want to take her to the hospital, so she put the baby in a box and dropped it off beside the road. When it died she checked up on it and then called the cops saying she found it.
