I heard about the planes crashing at school. They brought out a tv and crownd of people were watching and listening. I wasn't sure what was going on until i got to class and my prof. told us. Classes were then canceled. The buses were packed because the trains weren't running. I almost got stuck on campus. This was a real nightmare!! My prayers are with people who died and their families.

OMG!!! I found out at school, I thought the guy that told me was joking! I live in Canada and i just want to tell all americans, If this is WW3 i will join the army and fight for you guys. My prayers to all who were lost through such a stupid and sensless act.

i just read it in full detail, they people who did it hijacked 4 planes with people aboard, those were the planes that crashed!

The fantastic skyine of New York will never be the same again. 80 thousands of people worked in just one of the twin towers.I have been to NYC several times, it will never be the same without the twin towers.

I must admit I am a bit surprised by the show of support from other countries, especially ones who have made it clear that they do not like us. It is greatly appreciated. I was watching CBS, and they showed video of a woman that had jumped out of one of the buildings. The camera panned off just as she hit, thankfully.

It's kind of weird, though, for those that live in the US, to not be able to go anywhere. I know we can drive, but it is still strange that we can't fly.

This is all so unreal. Im so sorry to all Americans, you've all lost somthing today. This is so horrible. They evacuated a whole bunch of buildings all over Canada, including the CN Tower. And Some casulties from the WTC buildings were being routed to hospitals in Toronto, so im glad that Canada is helping in some way.

I just saw the news and the said. " They have just "acted in War", We will get them back." Now we will retalyate. That means a War Baby. Yeah. I want to be a sniper and kill all them. Yeah baby yeah. I will not let them destroyer our buildings and get a way with it. I will get them back one way or another..

I still feel like I will wake up and find out that this was just a dream. Everything is just so unbelievable. It's so extreme, that it just doesn't seem real. I dont know about all other Americans, but I am so jumpy. When anything at all happens, I'm like what was that?! I don't think a declaration of war is needed right now. If you did that, sure you can prove the power of US, sure you can take vengeance, but look at the further waste of money, more importantly the further casualties this war will render. But someone in the middle east declared a war against the US, as if they'll win. Not underestimating their power, whoever that is, but I think they will lose.

What about the old-fashioned way; Have them partially hanged, and cut their body in quarters and have their internal organs be burnt right before their eyes.

If we did that, we'd be no better than they are. And I KNOW that we are. The way that those people came together, the way they helped each other was totally unbeleivable. It showed what Americans are truly made of.

Well they gotta suffer here for they took out hecka lives. It's not like when they go to hell, they will feel much hotter and discomforted.

Oh,yes, I agree. They should suffer. Seeing the footage of what happened today, I could almost take one out myself. Watching those people leap from that building, it was horrible. Could you imagine KNOWING that you were going to die? Not to mention the agony they must have been in, and the families. There are so many fatherless/motherless children now.

I'm in New Zealand and man could you feel the tension around here. Security was stepped up it was all people could talk about and watch all day. I know heaps of people that didn't come in today.

Those bastards that did this have no respect. Innocent lives of people that had no knowledge of the reasoning or causes that made this happen. My thoughts go out to you all that know someone that was involved.
