I didn't know what was going on there. Then I understood it, and was addicted.

Now that, I agree with. I'd love to see a Neo versus Harry Potter. Neo would kill Harry Potter. It would be hilarious.

It would be too short to be hilarious.

Would it? Harry Potter would try to use his feeble "powers" which might make it a little longer.

LMBO @ cartoon matrix link. Hahahahaha... that was cool. The person who made it forgot to add in all the sparks and the giant machines eating the ship when trinity kissed neo after he was dead and then he was alive again... haha. that was sooooo cool...
who here likes the secene where neo is in the room with all the TVs?? And the weird freaky dude? That rocked...

Oh yeah, when he was talking to the architect
That was just another complicated scene that gave me a headache
Maybe watching The matrix and the matrix reloaded right after one another would make it more understandable, well for me at least
Cant wait till the third one............
So far,the first is by far the best imho ;/

i love both the martix films out so far but i think that the matrix (1) had the biggest impact. But the matrix reloaded held its own. the effects were great in both.
The wachowski brothers are genius'
Bring on Revolutions, it was a bit mean to leave reloaded on such a cliff hanger though!!

I agree I'm looking forward to Revolutions as well...how do you think it will end? My guess would be that they find that the matrix is actually a matrix within a matrix and by discovering the second matrix they can break out of the entire matrix program...or something along those lines...or something...I don't really know...I'm just guessing...
I also think the music to the matrix is amazing. Rob D's in particular...Clubbed to Death from "Matrix" was my fave song for ages and I thought "Furious Angels" from the second one was even better. Has anyone got Rob D's album? Wots the music like on there; is it similar to matrix?

i have no idea how it will end, neo will recover and something big will go down but appart from that? not a clue
i love the music from the matrix films, i have both the soundtracks, but the first soundtrack was definately better. i like 'leave you far behind' by lunatic calm and rob d 'clubbed to death'. i don't have rob d's album though. soz

I LOVE The Matrix (the first one)! The action was top notch.
BTW, does anyone happen to know the name of the music that plays when Neo and Trinity shoot up the guards at the metal detector? I think I have found it but I'm not too sure.

Just saw TMR. Will not buy. It was ok to watch once, but not something I'd bother to own.

Yeah, that bit is called "Spybreak" unless I'm mistaken. Not sure who made it though...
Revolutions trailer is at the end of the movie and it was previewed on last week's Film 2003 (UK Film review program)...it looked really good.

How can someone not want to buy the matrix?
I loved both of them. It's so refreshing to see a movie that is both interesting AND mentally challenging. Most mentally challenging movies are extremely boring, like war movies or action movies or something... *like that one about the russian submarine people who died of radiation, or james bond * And the matrix... is just a dang good movie on all levels. The people who thought it up are geniuses, seriously. Best movie ever.
I forgot a lot of what happened in the matrix 2 gunna have to watch both of them again before going to see 3.
Matrix within a matrix? OOOooooo sounds cool.
Gotta love an outta control agent smith. "Mr. Anderson" *says in long, drawn out smith voice*
Who here loves it when Neo flys? *raises hand* how COOL is that?

I didn't see the "mentally stimulating storyline". I mean, I get the whole Matrix thing, but... They just dragged stuff out for too long several times. Neo fighting the 'Smiths' was very cool, but too long. The chase scene w/ those weird ass guys, cool, but again, too long. Lost interest.

I partially agree with you there. Some of the fight scenes, particularly with Neo against the Smiths after he meets the Oracle were too long. I thought that bit was a bit computer game-ish and featured way too much CGI...but the car chase scene's special effects were so impressive that I didn't think it was long enough, although seeing it again on DVD I agree it is a little drawn out but is still my favourite scene of the movie.
