Janeway walkes through the doors of the bridge just as red alert is sounded.

"Report"

Tuvok,"It seems the Maquis have decided to reclaim their "lost" crewmen."

Kim,"I'm losing power captain that last hit was before our shilds were raised."
The whole ship shakes.

"What's that?,"Janeway askes Chakotay.

"That's a Maquis warship. Tuvok you'd better evacuate all the bridge. Chakotay to B'Elanna How's the Warpcore?"

B'Elanna,"It's a living Hell down her Commander*small explosion in the background*.

"B'Elanna? Damn it! Captain get off the bridge!"

Captain to Chakotay," Why the hell should I?"

"Captain I'm going to try to make them think we have control of this vessel."

"Captain to the crew abandon your stations and go to your quarters all Maquis stay where you are unless your off duty then get to your stations!"

"Incoming Hail!," the Maquis crewman said to Chakotay.

"On screen."

"USS Voya- Chakotay?"

"Captain! We have control of this vessel please power down your weapons."

"Their weapons are powering down sir."

"Good as soon as I ask them to lower sheid fire at will and try to hit their main weapons!"

"Ey Sir!"

Later in the Captains ready room.

Kathryn looking out at the stars,"How many Maquis do we have in the Brig?"

Chakotay,"About 30 ma'am"

"Good get them quarters and confine them to them."

"Ey ma'am"

"Chakotay come here"

"Ma'am?"

"Chakotay why do you call me ma'am why not honey or sweetheart everyone knows were married?"

"Ok sweet heart lets get back to the bridge before they think we went and killed each other."

"Ok."

On the bridge

"Captain We are picking up 3 ships on the port bow they seem to be moving away,"Kim says.

"Lets not bother them they might be Maquis."

Chakotay,"Hey!"

"Nothing personal"

"Kathryn!"

Kathryn falls to the floor unconciouse.

In sickbay

"Whats wrond Doctor?,"Chakotay frantically askes.

"I'm not quite sure her brain waves are really weird."

"Call me when she wakes."

"As always yes sir."

Kathryn opens her eyes."Cant say must get him." She trys to get up but is stopped by a horrible pain in her back and falls back to the bed.

"Kathryn leave Tom to me I need you to tell me whats going to happen."

"Hurt...."

"Computer locate Tom Paris"

"Lutinet Paris is in his Quarters."

"Chakotay to Tom....long silence.... Tom?"

"Commander mabey you should go and see him yourself," The EMH suggests.

Chakotay rushes out of the room before he finished what he was saying.\

Tom's quaters

Chakotay finds Tom on the floor with a Akoona he seems to be in the same position he was the last time he did this.

"Chkotay to Kim, Torres, and the doctor come to Mr.Paris's quarters immediatly."

As the 3 rushed in they all gasped not only was Tom in a position of uncomfort but now Chakotay was lying on the floor unmoving.

"Everyone get out I'm detecting lard amounts of some gases in this room. B'Elanna get a level 10 forcefeild up.,"The Doc. said.

"Yes Captain"
