all the books by christie golden have at least slight J/C parts in it.. Jeri Taylor's Mosiac and Pathways have more not so subtle hints on a J/C relationship... btw, i have a question... Does the hardcover copy of mosiac have more then the paperback?

It has quite a bit more, especially on the cover notes,
BTW, the J/C Index has just had an update after several months of stagance.

whats a really good j/c book? is there anyone?

- Fanfiction is the best place too look. But there are some good moments for J/C in some of the books. It's been a while since I've read most of them so I couldn't tell you which too look for.

However I would recommend Jeri Taylor's books Mosaic & Pathways. You would love the book summary on the sleeve for Pathways. Taylor's books are a great find - not only is was she an exec for Voyager, but I would give her credit to J/C. She wrote some key J/C episodes: Resolutions, Coda, Hunters.
