ok i have a question, what do the warp nacelles actually do, i don't mean "allow a ship to go through warp" or something like that

they house both the matter and anti-matter that are released in controled intervels, canceling each other out and creating pure, raw energy, enough to send a ship to warp.

The Warp Core creates the Warp Field, which allows the ship to maintain the faster-than-light speeds that it travels at. The Warp Nacelles are what produce these speeds.
Think of a bottle rocket when you deal with the nacelles. The rocket will shoot off at a high speed in the direction it is pointed.
