There are several Enterprise books out at the moment (in the UK - I'm unsure about anywhere else)...

These include:
Hardback Broken Bow
Paperback Broken Bow
What Price Honor
Hardback Shockwave
Surak's Soul

There are also Enterprise stories in the recent "Strange New Worlds" anthology...I think it is "Strange New Worlds V" although I'm not sure, you might want to check on that.

There are also 2 upcoming Enterprise novels.
The Expanse (by. J.M. Dillard) - a novelisation of the Season 2 finale (I imagine this will be released after the concluding episode has been shown)
Daedalus - this is apparently set shortly after "First Flight" in which Trip is working on the first Warp 5 vessel, Daedalus. However, in the latter half of the book it moves forward to "current-day" Enterprise.

I have all of the Enterprise books with the exception of the anthology and most of them are pretty good. Surak's Soul was probably the best despite being the shortest and probably the most predictable.

Its available. And he's right. I think the biggest book database is www.psiphi.org . Plus, I know at least one forum where Pocket Books staff actually hang out.

Broken Bow: Available in hardback and paperback. Novelization.
By The Book: Basic story. Contact aliens, screw things up, fix it. B-story involves an RPG.
What Price Honor: A Reed story. I saw the ending coming a mile away, and it is written in a very simple style, but its not bad.
Surak's Soul: A T'Pol story. Reading it now. OK so far.
Shockwave: Hardcover novelization.

Upcoming:
The Expanse: Hardcover novelization.
Daedalus

Yeah Psiphi is where I got all the information from...and from my copies of the books... As an avid Enterprise fan (although my admiration for the show has quickly dropped; it's rapidly deteriorated since Broken Bow - the best pilot episode for any Trek show IMO) I've bought all the Enterprise books I can find (with the exception of the anthology - I don't think it as being canon despite it probably being as much canon as any other Enterprise novel).

If anything I wish the Enterprise novels were longer and a bit more in-depth...when Surak's Soul came and I saw it only had 220 odd pages I was shocked...considering the price I paid (5.99) I thought it was a bit of a rip-off considering how many pages other science fiction books have. Take the Star Wars NJO book Star by Star (Thanks again Lindley), that has more than twice perhaps even thrice the number of pages for only a pound more.

Also, I wish that there was a greater sense of continuity between all the Star Trek novels. Like the DS9 relaunch and hopefully the Voyager relaunch, I hope that themes will be continued from one novel to another. For example, a series of books (probably a bit later in Enterprise) that detail other aspects of the Temporal Cold War).
