Where Is God?


"Where is God?
In L.A. where children are shot,
or D.C. where mercy is bought.

Perhaps in New York where the virgins are raped,
or Manhattan where true hell is shaped.

In Ottawa where the guilty walk free,
this hellghole where we live destroys me.

Where is God?
In heaven watching mass suicide,
or maybe watching his children commit homicide.

Does He know why I cry at night,
or does he even care about my fight?"
