Well, I think Tasha Yar is a very good charatcer but she is my least fave character, but thats probally cause she was not on for as long as the others.

I liked her. She was so great. I was really sad when she died I cried as Jean-Luc and the others were standing upon that hill and she had her �ast speech...

Shes a sexy little thing but her character and worf's character overlapped big time .frankly I beleave she was writen into the show in order to be killed off in the first season.Thus creating sympathy among the fans.

Yeah it did seem as though she was put there on purpose just for the first season and then killed off so she could be used later in the series. But she is still a great charecter, she has a tendency to act before thinking, but don't we all do that sometimes?
