in the last episode polaskie was in, commander riker was bit by some kind of plant and it just reviewed his life on the enterprise, anyway they never showed her leave, she just basicly disapeared, if anyone knows what realy happened to her plz tell me

She got written out of the script since Beverly Crusher would be returning in the third (or fourth) season.

Yeah Bev mysteriously reappeared in the first episode of the third season and pulaski (thank god) dissapeared in the last episode of season 2, but it was never explained or shown.

As I see it, she and Beverly flipped jobs--Bev returned to the Enterprise-D and Pulaski got head of Medical.
