I was reading through my Old SFX magazines (Sci-Fi TV Guide) and I luckily stumbled accross the Goodbye DS9 Issue which I had been looking for, for absolutely ages. It had an article about how Ds9 had originally planned to end the show, by Ironically Pulling a DALLAS and Making it all a Dream with Benny Russell (Sisko) waking up back in the Racist 1950's 
Anyone else heard about this?

I've also heard rumors that the Dominion was supposed to win the war, so that Voyager could become a fugitive ship after it got home.
Unfortunately----or perhaps fortunately----Paramount nixed that idea.

I have heard of that one too. I'm not sure where that one came from though, it would corrupt continuity (we have seen the federation in the future in many eps).

^Yes, but who's to say the Federation couldn't be reestablished after an uprising of some kind.

In Dallas One of the Actors decided to leave, so his Character was Killed Off..One Year later Once Dallas gained more popularity, his Character was shown taking a Shower and One Season turned out to be his Wife's Nightmare LOL !!!!!

Thank God they dropped this idea! I would have PERSONALLY gone to the studios to smack the crap out of Berman and/or Braga! Sheesh, DS9 is all a lunatic hallucination of Benny Russell...who's the genious who came up with that idea? He/She should be SHOT! (multiple times would make me feel better...then the corpse should be beaten....perhaps even kicked several times)
BTW - I don't think I like this idea...glad they went the way they went!
