I just heard on Entertainment Tonight that JAG's Trevor Goddard (Mic Brumby) has comitted suicide by overdose and was found dead in his CA home.
What a terrible thing for anyone to be that overcome by grief that they feel there is no other way out.
He was a great actor and will be missed by fans and colleagues alike.
What a tragedy.

'JAG' ACTOR DIES
June 9, 2003 | Actor TREVOR GODDARD, who appears in JOHHNY DEPP's next movie, 'Pirates of the Caribbean,' has died in what the coroner is investigating as a possible drug-related incident. A girlfriend discovered the unconscious 37-year-old in his North Hollywood, CA, home. Goddard was separated from his wife and two children. The Australian also had extensive TV credits including a recurring role playing CATHERINE BELL's romantic interest, Lt. Comdr. Mic Brumby on the CBS series, "JAG."

^I heard that they don't know if it's accidental or not. Just that he was using an "illegal, illicit substance". I never liked Goddards character on JAG, but this is sad.

This is very sad. Can anyone confirm what the cause of death was? I don't understand why people do this to themselves.
