Data is an absolute champion! My favourite bit is when he swears as the Enterprise-D is crashing into Veridian 4. That cracks me up every time!

I love Data--he's one of my favorite TNG characters. I especially like the dynamic his cat (I believe his name was Spot?) brings to him.

Do you remember in the Movie Generations when Data gets his emotions chip, and whilst surveying a ship with Geordie he messes around with his tricorder and call's it "Mr. Tricorder". Ha ha ha ha Mildly amusing.

I would not use the childish and indolent word ‘cool’ to promote Data. I would say that he is rational, intelligent, benevolent and respectful. That is all that is important.
