I couldn't resist buying Destiny's Way today when I went into town

They also had in Virgin Megastore deck-by-deck posters of the nx-01 for 3.99 which I thought were very good. Although after buying Destiny's Way I couldn't afford one.

*about the Jedi Master thing*

Why not me??? I've read about half of the SW books and I'm still reading them. I've seen each of the movie at least 100 times each (more for ESB and TPM) and I get the magazine every month. We won't get into my Yoda/Darth "shrine"...

^You can be a Jedi Knight. Before you attain the rank of Master, you must have read 90% of all the novels. In other words, all but the very latest.

well ask me something?
I'm reading books in the NJO now...and the books that I haven't read is um...stuff like children of the Jedi....I don't like Barbara Hambly's writing...and some pre-endor stuff. Like the whole tales from Jabba's palace and stuff...didn't catch my eye. As for me reading 90% of the books...there are over 70 SW novels (actually I think it's over 80 now...I haven't counted a lot of the new NJO books). But I suppose that I will accept the rank of Knight.

You may move up to master when you have proven your knowledge to the Jedi community.

Anyway, counting Young Adult stuff, there's nearly 100 SW novels. Not counting it, there's closer to 60.

That's awesome.

Hey what's the name of Chewie's home planet and his wife and kids? I knew at some point but now I've forgotten.

And isn't Lowbacca Chewie's nephew or something?
Attichittuk is Chewie's dad isn't he? Don't you get him as a unit in Galactic Battlegrounds? I think you do although it's been a while since I've played it.Argh too many family relationships for my poor little mind to cope with...

I didn't like Barbara Hamblys writing style of either...I think she gave too much detail to the boring stuff if you know what I mean...ok you probably don't so I better shut up now

I'm reading the NJO books now cos they were recommended to me and they are excellent in my opinion I'm on "Jedi Eclipse", the second Agents of Chaos book but I bought all the others & they're waiting to be read by the side of my bed....I spend all my money on books lol

^You're not the only one. I got Tatooine Ghost for my birthday; good thing, too, since I would have waited for the paperback otherwise.

I'll read it as soon as I finish Children of Dune.

I empathize with both of you...I'm running out of places to put my SW books. When I got an application for barnes and nobles my mom said that I wouldn't make any money because I would just spend it all on books and frappucinos. lol.
