Unless both the ratings and the show improve, it wouldn't surprise me.
On the upside, though, there's plenty of other scifi shows out there. Even if Trek were to end, we wouldn't exactly be devoid of things to watch.

I don't consider much of the second rate slop that the Sci-Fi channel puts out to be good television, so I hope that Trek stays around, so I have one good Sci Fi show to watch. Oh for the days of having DS9, Babalon 5 and VGR on at the same time.

^Neither do I. In fact, the only thing worth watching on the Scifi channel ATM is Stargate.
I was referring to the many programs which have aired in the last few years which people who are Trek-only------as I was up until about a year and a half ago------haven't seen. Things like Babylon 5, Farscape, Firefly (RIP), Earth: Final Conflict, and the aforementioned Stargate.

Earth: Final Conflict rocked. Theyt should've ended it when the Taelons left, though.

I actually quite like Enterprise although I do think that there is room for ALOT of improvement in some of the episodes. I have heard however that some of the later episodes are getting better...I haven't seen these yet though. And apparently, Paramount might not be releasing Enterprise videos this year in the UK?????? According to www.startrekuk.com this is because they want to concentrate on DS9 and the movie releases but I wondered if it might be because of poor ratings for Enterprise and so video sales would be down. Does that make sense? If not then the article is at the site up there
