Mind scattered throughout an open sea,
the abyss unknown to me.
I can�t hate what I can�t see,
I can�t have what I don�t need.
Must I live this way?

Once, just once I wish I could
confront the demons of my tortured mind.
To deal a blow to the fascist ways
of the heart of an evil man.

I can�t see the dark,
so how can I see the light?
Is it there, is it not,
am I seeing what is unseen?

Why am I brushed aside,
into the myriads of conformist drones?
What is it that draws me to perfection,
but lashes at me when I get too close?

My mind tortured, my skin battered and bruised,
and yet I still press on.
Around me is chaos, within me is peace.
And I pray for the world�s sanity to remain.
