heh. I figure it would take security about 2 minutes and within that time, Guinan would have grabbed that collector disrupter she keeps behind the bar table and would have calmed everyone down.

next to the guinan theory,
i think security would take the guy to a detention cell (if it was an officer) until they sobered up but not make an arrest. (actions unbecoming of an officer, or perhaps vandalism??? )
if it was a civilian, probably just escort them back to their quarters.

yeah? so? I have the one I bought from the Hilton in Las Vegas, and me and a couple of buds are coming up with ways to modify a walkie-talkie to fit on a combadge, and to be able to send and recieve signals. hehehehehhe.
<Yes I do know, they already have this ability, but still...>

Since Ten-Forward mainly serves synthehol, it is highly unlikely that anyone would become so drunk as to throw up in the first place. Assuming, however, that someone were truly served alcohol...it seems to me that people in the future have learned to curb their gluttonous behavior and thus would also not become so drunk as to throw up. Further assuming that someone became drunk, sickbay would have an anti-intoxicant readily available to combat the effects. After said incident, the officer would recieve a severe dressing down from their captain or CO and probably would have to attend counseling sessions to determine the reason the person needed to become so drunk in the first place.

Okay, okay. Now that we have that one filled up... And now something completely different....well sort of.....
.........if the entire bridge crew went insane but they forgot to lock the turbolifts so the bridge was accessible.

Don't forget, they drink "synthohol", not alcohol. It supposedly doesn't get you drunk, just pleasantly holier-than-thou. They said in one show, "The effects are easily disregarded".
And if the subjects said it was part of their religion, the security guys would have to let them get on with it.

Though, in Someone to Watch Over Me, the Ambassador got drunk from drinking what I recall was Synthohol.
