Ok, I am going to try to start this up again, I am going to do the bulletin every sunday. I will need at least 5 people who can PM me pices of news about the board when they find them, sort of like news gathers. I ask that you can be on at least 3 times a week if you want to help me, please apply in this topic if you want to be a news gather.

It's unfortunate that we dont' have enough happening here to warrant a weekly. But, like I said, it's still testing.
