Window To The Mind

The window to my mind is icy,
Thick with years of sorrowful rain.
It froze over with the cold that crept in,
The coldness of hate and thigns kept in.

The rains frozen over and it's starting to rain,
It's starting to rain again... it's starting to pour.
I'm trying to keep the floodgates closed,
But they're breaking loose... It's gonna rain.

And when it rains it pours.
Everything will be swept away,
Swept away in the icy cold rain.
And it'll be frozen on my window again.

So stare through my mind,
Stare through the ice if you dare.
You'll see so many things in there...
You'll see the cold that froze the rain.

The cold that creeps in like a virus.
It's eating away and freezing everything.
And I'm drowning in this freezing rain,
Frozen in this endless ocean... a frozen ocean.

All the currents have stopped...
Everything's dead in that ocean.
The rain of tears is still coming,
And the ocrean's freezing again.

The window to my mind is through that ocean,
So you can see me frozen... drowning.
Look into my window if you dare... take a look.
For this is the window to my mind... a frozen ocean in time.

Double

Two emotions play in one scene.
It's sorta crazy in a way...
It's kinda creepy... but I can't stop it.
Two seperate and opposite emotions.

I'm playing in fire and water at once,
One burns and one soothes,
And I can't decide which one's the best.
It's a strange question.

Water or fire... healing or destruction?
I can't exactly decide.... not yet.
I'm on both sides and it's strange.
I'm seeing both sides of the coin.

Seeing two parts at once,
I'm seeing the two extremes,
Two seperate emotions in one scene.
And I can't decide which one's best.

I am stone

The strength
The fear
The enemy
I am a wall of illusions

Who I am is what you are to me

I am three in one.
