I just finished the Mission Gamma series...all I have to say is WOW! I can't wait for Unity to come out in April! It reintroduces a lot of people and things from Star Trek's past and weaves them convincingly into the tapestry of DS9...I think any fan of Star Trek would enjoy what they've done with DS9!

Yes, indeed. Have you read Rising Son yet? Another great one, which occurs concurrently.

The Mission Gamma series were indeed a good set of books, and kept me amused for two days

I've had them for a while. Had to order the last 2 because they weren't appearing on the shelves at WH Smith.

I've been collecting the Mission Gamma books for a few months but I've only had the time to read through about a third of the first one ..... pretty good so far. I also bought Rising Son a few days ago. I'll be reading that when I'm through with Mission Gamma 4.

I have all 4 Mission Gamma books but didn't like them very much. It was too slow for me with not enough action. Book 4 was, in my opinion, pretty good however. I don't think I'll be getting any more of the Relaunch books though In fact, I'm going off the Star Trek books in favour of the Star Wars ones...they're alot longer (get more for your money ) and they're alot more action orientated, which, in my opinion, is better.

^Your choice, of course. I'd recommend you at least check out Rising Son, though----it was very good.
Of course, that's not to say the Star Wars books aren't good. Most of them are. Just stay away from the Bounty Hunter Wars trilogy. And you might want to give "The Crystal Star" a similar treatment.
