Its had a good long run----it should end now, rather than waiting until it gets bad like X-Files did.
Besides, how many of you helped the Save Firefly campaign? Or Save Farscape?
See, my theory is, if all Scifi fans participated in every "Save _____" campaign, no matter whether they watched the show or not, we'd have more Scifi on TV that we do. And that's always a good thing, even if you don't watch every show------because the competition forces the scifi shows you *do* watch to drive up their quality.

It has alot of good stuff to be produced In episodes Yet so please help the save the buffy campaign
And farscape is still running over here

^Not really. Joss Whedon is still shopping the show around, but UPN, Scifi, ABC, NBC, and just about every other potential outlet for the show has declined it. Sad, really. I think they're currently talking about direct-to-DVD release.

The X-Files never went Bad. It stayed true to the original plot.
Buffy has had a good run and everything. even an "Angel" Spinoff. It's time for it to go.

^This thread won't do a darned thing. If you started something at PetitionOnline.com, there's a slight chance someone might eventually read it. But the only way to truely effect the decisions of the suits is the organize a massive snail-mail campaign, and even then the chances are slim. I've been following both the Firefly and Farscape campaigns----both have managed some great results, and even so both failed. One thread on a message board few people know about won't do a thing, trust me.

IMHO, let buffy go, it's had a good long run and the actors like SMG want to do other things in their lives and judging by some of the past seasons it should go before it gets any worse...
(i haven't seen season 7, yet)
