What i was wondering is where do they get antimatter. They probably can make it and then store it on the ships but in voyager i doubt they have a device for making antimatter on the ship and you cant find it in normal space so where does it come from?

They produce it( The exact method is disputed, although we do have meathods to produce it today, on earth, infact we are producing it) The anti matter is then stored in large magnetic holding fealds aboard a starship, thease supplys last a while but must be replenished.

^Dude, if you have to go to a starbase to refuel, then you are going to get a large amount. Of course there is a storage space.

But it's like love or hate, now is that real or fake?
Cause it's a real thin line, but that's your choice to make.
The question at hand, help me understand, is this your plan?
I think I can, can I think, then I think I can.

Antimatter storage is usually located in the bottom decks of a starship.
