how many episodes per season are there in DS9?

i am buying the tapes that have 2 episodes each

so
they go up like this:

1.1 2
1.2 4
1.3 6
1.4 8

and so forth...

STOP BUYING THEM. Listen----the DVDs are going to start coming out in a little over a month, and its *far* cheaper to get the show that way in the long run. I know. I bought the VHS tapes with two eps each, and now that the DVDs are imminent, I wish I'd waited.

The first season of DS9 had 20 episodes.

All of the other seasons had 26, many of which are two parters or more, especially in the late seasons.

As Lindley said, don't bother with the VHS's. The season DVD's start coming out on February 25 in the US, with season 1, the shortest season. Expect another season DVD every other month. They'll go for around $100 American, perhaps a bit more than that at first.
