Well I know we have a voodoo card only because the box is on the desk here next to me and I can remember us getting it. There is an option for it in the start menu...maybe u hav a similar option. It tells me the card name and version and other info there. Other than that I'm not sure.

Depends on which race you are playing as. The kingon campaign gears around destroying the rakelli in there territory (which unkown to them are being given orders from the romulans) then your brother decieves you and goes against you and in the final battle you have to destroy his Negh'var (which isn't easy btw). The romulans i haven't beaten there entire campaign yet but it's all sneaky buisness. You get inducted into the Tal'shiar and use the holocloak to destroy the federation/klingon alliance. The federation finds out the romulans holocloak tech and at around mission 5 you go on huge campaign battles against the romulans (why i like the federation campaign he best, just straight out shoot em up).

But it's like love or hate, now is that real or fake?
Cause it's a real thin line, but that's your choice to make.
The question at hand, help me understand, is this your plan?
I think I can, can I think, then I think I can.

dude i hadn't finished the klig campain yet..and u kinda gave it away...sniff... i was at the part were ur brother betrays you and you tlak to your father and *beep*...but not the last few missions...sniff....
OH well,I agree,The Federation Campain is the best, cause you have the main story part of it,then oyu go into an exteded campain into romulan space, and engage in hgue battles. Its kool.

But i still prefer playing online cause after you beat a server,it restars and its completely different. And theres lots of servers to choose from.PLus you can team up with other people and there's usaully hundreds or thousands of users online.

But aobut the game not workign on people's computers its very simple...
Liek all new games, you need a faily new computer,or parts (videocard) to play it. Here ill give ya'll the requirements it lists on the box:

MINIMUM SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
- 100% DirectX 8.1 compatible 3-d Hardware Accelerator
16MB video card and latest drivers*
- English version of Microsoft Windows 98/ME/2000/XP operating systems
- Pentium III 450Mhz processor or Athlon processor or faster
- 128MB RAM
- 650MB of uncompressed hard disk space fro game files; plus an additional 300MB for Windows Swap file
- 100% Windows 98/ME/2000/XP compatible computer system (including compatible 32-bit drvers for CD-ROM drive, video card, sound card and imput devices)
- DirectX 8.1 or higher (included)
- 100% DirectX of higher compatible sound card and latest drivers
- Quad speed CD-ROM drive (600 K/sec sustained transfer rate) and latest drivers
- 100% DIrectX 8.1 or higher compatible mouse, keyboard and latest drivers

As you can see its quite a demanding game, but if you have a computer that can handle it,It's well worht it

It's a good game. It has bug issues, but Taldren sent the patch to Activision... I think, it was last week.

how in the world do you actually progress in this game? I just spend my time just flying around and beating up on the enemy ships. Then I'll get bored of that and i'll run into a planet or something. what do i do?

LOL! wut type of mission are you talkign about?! cause the campains u hafta do certain thigns, and its easy to pregress. but in single player its pretty boring. So if u wanna have a logner thing like single player only alot more itneresting go on a multiplayer server, those kick arse.
