Joseph sisko is ace its a pity he did'nt come to DS9 when he could to open a restaurant and also he should of been in more episodes as I think hes a pretty ace old cool dude.

well he does eventually visit ds9 in far beyond the stars however Joseph feels People outside New Orleans would not appreciate Creole food and would confuse it with Cajun food
i feel Jake could open up a creole restauraunt on the promonade however
