I forsee Shinzons Warbird as the new romulan flagship. 
On the dominion, i think they will be reborn but they will become more like the federation on the new views Odo brings to the link.

I was just wandering is the birds wings logo that is used in all nemesis adverts going to be the new romulan Logo ? (I haven't seen nemesis it's not out here yet)
