"Whom Gods Destroy" has an Andorian and a Tellarite in league with Garth of Izar. The specific movies having Andorians include numerous background Andorians in TMP, in the council in TVH, and in the background of TUC.
Also, Andorians feature in the TAS episode "Yesteryear" with Thelin in place of Spock, and in the TAS episode "Time Trap" with a incorrectly-colored pink Andorian. (A classic TAS error...)

You also see an Andorian briefly in "The Lights of Zetar", one of the people that died at the library complex. Mira Romaine has flashes of seeing those people lying there dead. One of them is Andorian.
