the borg will only show up if enterprises ratings fell down, they always use the borg to pull in viewers.

Hmm, what about some actuall suliban ships? Those tiny pod ships they have are just plain boring...and it's possible thanks to transwarp, but yah it would be boring

But it's like love or hate, now is that real or fake?
Cause it's a real thin line, but that's your choice to make.
The question at hand, help me understand, is this your plan?
I think I can, can I think, then I think I can.

but the borg exsist in the delta quadrant some 900 years before voyager, and again in first contact it is mentioned the borg are only in the delta quadrant? this means that they would have to be 'blasted' into the alpha quadrant and at the end 'blasted' back again?? believe me, putting borg on enterprise is a bad idea!

but wait. On Enterprise they writers of the show can think of a way to use the temporal probelms to actually run into some 1st generation borg

i don't think you could ever do to much with time travel and the borg bring in good ratings because every episode there in is good

are we not forgetting that the enterprise crew have not discovered the Romulans yet?

The encounter should be very interesting...

No. I don't think the Borg should be in Enterprise. We need to have new races in Enterprise along with the Klingons and Romulans.

They've already cocked up the timeline in Enterprise anyway because humans aren't meant to make first contact with the Klingons until 2217!

There's also meant to be a Human - Romulan war starting in 2156. Wonder if they'll write that into the series.

Well, they already made First Contact with Klingons. And Romulans. Sort of.

but what about when enterprise went back in time to stop the borg from stoping Zethern coker or what ever his name is in the movie. remeber the borg tryed to contac the borg of that time. they could have recived a piec of that massaged and started to travel to are secter of space. so they could show up.

THe origins of the Borg.

I disgruntled scientist trys to show off the ability, the power of cybernetics.
he begins using cybernetic technology and shows what he can do with it.

The federation is appalled and demands that he stops immediatly. So he begins the "assimilation design" and goes into madness. He begins a small war in the federation but loses. He swears revenge and that he will conquer the federation one day. That he will be back. That things will be different!

He goes off into the Delta Quadrant never to be seen again...

Until TNG and Voyager showup. By then the Borg have become completely parasidac and their empire has expanded to the point it is in later episodes.

This is the way they could introduce the Borg. Solves a mystery and all.

The documents on this "Crazed scientist" were kept secret since it was federation top secret technology and they did not want it to leak out. By the time the borg came around again nobody alive knew of the origins and since the thing was secret only the Borg knew their origin.

Enterprise sends a shuttle then it gets assimilated then the borg sphere
is destroyed by Romulan-Suliban alliance and enterprise is severley damaged.

well, if the borg have transwarp drive by the time Enterprise is around then they would be able to go to the Alpha Quad. I dont mean to say that the Borgy should be on ENT, just saying......

But perhaps the borg were successful in contacting one small borg vessel in "First Contact". One of whom is far less sophisticated technological wize than was seen in TNG or VOY. So perhaps it takes them a while to reach the alpha quadrant. So when they do finally get to near Enterprise's position whereever that may be, Captain Archer can attempt to make first contact.

If the time line was messed up and borg got to the time when enterprise just got launched, all of the universe would be screwed.

well, in the ep where Enterprise stopped at the repair station, it seemed to be a possible beginnings of the borg, not that it was, but they were all in a collective consisnous(sp)
