well, the direct translation of pIch is blame or fault, but, apparantly, like all languages, pIch'ta means coward.

i have a klingon dictionary, but it doesn't have the exact word "pIch'ta" or however you spell it. :giggle: but, i always thought it was some kind of cowardly animal... only it's what it means in the "fluent klingon" that counts i guess

Basically, it is a Klingon insult, kinda like calling someone an ass*&^%. It translate into something like incompetent and weak.

Pa'tok means coward. When the dominion War ended and Chancellor Martok stood with Sisko and the Admiral on the Cardassian Home World, Martok offered a toast and a bottle of Bloodwine to the two officers and they both refused because of the losses to both sides and martok said "Human Pa'tok" meaning human cowards.
