Why do you think temporal Ivestigatios haven't realised Gabriel Bell's Uncanny resemblance to Benjamin Laffayette Sisko because photos were made of Gabriel Bell as seen in Nog's Encyclopedia (Little Green Men)

Maybe they did, off screen. However, since everything turned out OK, I'd suspect they wouldn't worry about it too much.

What Sisko did saved the timeline. The future temporal police, with their near omnicient perspective, would probably thank Sisko for doing what he had to do when he and Bashier were placed in the situation they found themselves in.

Yeah, I guess no-one from the future would have remember seeing what the original Gabriel Bell looked like since sisko altered the timeline (slightly  )

I got a good laugh out of that line from "Little Green Men".
Temporal Investigations probably busted Sisko but figured they would mess up the timeline even more if they tried to fix it.
