Yes, once, in the episode "Q-Less". Sisko punched him and he never came back.

Depends on when DS9 will be on. I don't get it at all; I don't know about you. I think its a first season episode, though. It also involves Vash (from TNG "Captain's Holiday" and "Qpid")

I agree I have the episode on tape and every time i watch sisko knock out q i always laugh it is a sentimental ds9 episode

You should be able to find the episode at "FYE" if you have one in your area. It is the seventh episode of season one.
As to why Q doesn't appear more on DS9, I think it had a lot to do with Sisko. Picard and Janeway would humor Q, even give in to him at some stages, but Sisko had no pentiance for Q's foolishness, and the two would not have played well off each other.
