On Voyager we saw several new forms of travel that exceed warp ten, including the Borg transwarp conduits first used in TNG's two parter, "Descent." We also saw the Quantum Slipstream Drive, Subspace Catipult and Coaxial Warp Drive. In the end, Voyager used a Borg Transwarp conduit to return to Earth in "Endgame."

Voyager has a maximum speed of Warp 9.975 IIRC (from Caretaker), although Paris and Janeway managed Warp 10 in a shuttle (Threshold, IIRC), and we've seen Slipstream, Space Catapult, Transwarp and a few others...

maximum cruise speed is warp 9.975. the maximum rated is warp 9.985 for 1 hour. this is for a intrepid class vessel 100% up to spec, but i think its safe to say that voyager is not (no dry docks for servicing etc).
