Because i don't know what the characters are like in character (cos i hate TOS) i thought that a Scotty going ever more Senile as each movie passes was good.

Maily because it was a laugh.

Personally i like The Journey Home.

Well i think that's what it's called it's been about two years since i saw it. I just remember it being good.

Finally got around to watching the whole movie on DVD.

Overall, it was not as bad i was expecting. It was pretty silly and crap. However with the stupid slapstick humour, better graphics and more plot details it could have been pretty good.

I really like the idea of exploring the galactic barrier and seeing what's there. I wish paramount would have granted Shatner's request to re-edit the movie. Remove all the stupid mistakes like 70+ decks going in the WRONG order, rubbish fake looking graphics, a better looking "God thing", cut out all the crap like scotty hitting his head and the row, row, row your boat.
