Its possible----but not the Q we know. Picard was clearly the first to meet him, as seen in Encounter at Farpoint.
Its possible another Q could show up.

It is imposible for Q to be on enterprise, prier to farpoint there was no recorded history of Q. Unless there was and theyjust didn't want to report or record it.

One TNG, they made it seem that no one has ever heard of Q. if it appeared on Enterprise, it would probably appear in the logs which will give everyone access to the information. Even if it was classified, Captain Picard would have access to the information.

I would love to see Q on Enterprise--I can just picture Archer's reaction! But I suppose it would take an awfully large leap of faith, so to speak, and be rather destructive to events already established...*sighs* Though it would be extremely amusing!

Nah it copuld'nt happen as the Q even only became interested in humans in Encounter atr Farpoint and as people have pointed out there was no record of them before encounter at Farpoint

as I reckon starfleet went through a dark age between Archer and kirks time that would explain the better more cool looking technology in Enterprise

no no no, theres no way they should put Q on ENT. they have allready went too far with messing up the timeline the Q would just be stupid. they should focus on stuff more practical, no altering time lines. it's looking more like 24 century trek than a should be 22 century trek.
