The best of the bunch is the DS9 book, Abyss. However the characters in it were introduced in the Avatar duology.

Its kool, Its about Lt. Hawk before he was assmilated by the borg in first contact and hes gay....(Not meaning by that just i never saw a gay star fleet officer not even in a book)

^ Finished Shadow. Disappointing really, and I don't think DWS and KKR wrote the characters very well.

1) Abyss
2) Rogue
3) Cloak
4) Shadow

I wasn't too keen on the ending, I mean the story was okay, but I didn't think they used it very well, and I think a lot of the characters were out of, erm, character.

I thought Abyss was by far the best as well. Rouge was pretty good too. Shadow was decent but nothing terribly special as Voyager books go; Cloak just took a bunch of plots from various episodes and tied them together, without adding much of its own material.
