Hey Guys ok im a little new to enterprise Ive only just started watching it, but I think its a really good idea to go back to the beggining and do a show, could you just tell me what sort of things they develope, technology wise , during the season, like we dont see holodecks at first do they even hint on developing them?

In the USA we're expecting "Shockwave, Part 2" this September----the season 2 premier.

In any case:
--A holodeck is seen on a Xyrillian ship early in the first few episodes. However, Starfleet doesn't get the tech from them due to intervention by Klingons.

--Reed creates a semistable and not-too-reliable "EM Barrier", or forcefield, in "Vox Sola". It is based on Starfleet research, so he didn't invent it on his own.

--The Enterprise doesn't have Photon torpedoes, its torpedoes seem to be chemical warheads. However, Photons are mentioned on a Klingon ship in "Sleeping Dogs".

--Enterprise doesn't have Phasers, but Trip and Reed install three Phase Cannons (an order of magnitude less powerful than Kirk's weapons) in "Silent Enemy".

--The handheld Phase Pistols don't seem all that different from TOS-era Phaser Pistols. However, it is worth noting that they also have older handheld EM weapons, though they haven't been seen since "Broken Bow".

--Speculation puts their number of Shuttlepods at 4. At least one seems to be armed with a Phase Cannon, as seen in "Detained". However, some of them still have only plasma weapons, as seen in "Desert Crossings" and mentioned in "Shadows of P'Jem".
