I think that was only when the women wore skirts. LOL, I hope they all didn't have to wear knee high boots under their pants.

I don't think the boots were knee high, Ii don't think they'd want to make the uniforms too uncomfortable.

Having knee-high boots would make the actors/actresses unnessesaraly uncomfortable and I think that they we already uncomfotable enough, they could just have a cruel costume designer though  , I had one of those once........not fun
